Our clients
We are proud to have worked with these and other companies. We also develop projects for NGOs, addressing social issues and expanding our activities beyond traditional partnerships.
Talk Inc emerged with Internet 2.0 in 2008, innovating by breaking down the offline/online barrier in research. Since then, technologies have evolved, but our outlook hasn't changed: in our social and brand studies, we continue to value the sensitivity of looking at human behavior.
Our latest study (2024) mapped new behaviors linked to the use of artificial intelligence by Brazilians. Click here.
We see each project as an opportunity to learn about different realities, closely following what people think and want. Together with our clients, our mission is to make in-depth deliveries that are committed to the purpose of each project.
We have been working with behavioral and market research since it was born in 2007. Since then, we have completed more than 100 projects in Brazil and Latam.
More important than our methodologies is the way we look at each project. For each challenge, a strategic combination that presents the best way to meet each brand's objectives. Always challenging ourselves to find the best way to discover the deepest motivations, dreams, pains and desires and turn them into powerful insights.

Quantitative Research: our quantitative projects are carried out with strategic partners. We combine our consulting eye and our expertise in the search for insights with the talent of analysts, statisticians and designers to make the best translation of data and deliver results that can bring the desired answers to the challenges that are set before us.
Qualitative Research: we have extensive experience with different research methods, whether digital or face-to-face, from the most traditional to the super creative. Our recruitment is carried out on a project-by-project basis, so that we have the best people (Betas) to help us understand how a category is present in habits and life, and how it is approaching emerging codes and behaviors.
Trend Studies: we explore what's new to map emerging movements. We make deep dives into behaviors and codes, which can come from people, places, books, articles, papers, company and brand actions, startups, social networks. We talk to experts, Alpha people. We analyze all this from the perspective of understanding what is to come, connecting present and future and opening up our clients' horizons.
We are proud to have worked with these and other companies. We also develop projects for NGOs, addressing social issues and expanding our activities beyond traditional partnerships.
Our team reflects current times: some people are permanent, others work on projects and have different expertise. Some live in Brazil, others in Barcelona, Mexico, Guatemala... and we even have a nomad. Some of them you can meet here.
